The San Po Kong area of Hong Kong, once a garment district in the 1950’s, is quickly transforming into a new commercial hub. Our new development is a creative incubator for the community

Inspired by Brutalism, the facade combines a mix of metals and concrete plaster, with highly expressive forms, creating a sculptural arrival to the building.

A “Factory” inspired modular ceiling design creates a dramatic yet timeless backdrop to the interior space with beams that run into trusses and columns, custom lighting and seating are seamlessly integrated with the overall design.

The open plan Lobby between the greenhouse and the bar, provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere which encourages social interactions between tenants and visitors.

Inspired by old Garment factory which features repetitive structural forms and a large table placed within an open communal environment.

Nature has been integrated at the heart to provide occupants with a sense of well being, setting a new standard for workshop environment. The bar provides a welcoming ambience for the tenants and visitors.
